One of the original 18 LHD produced European version Spiders. Production date September 1971. Colour Rosso Chiaro 20-R-190. Black interior. First sold in November 1971 through Motor Spa in Rome, Italy to first owner Balestrieri.Later (date not yet known) sold through Fima Spa, Italy to second owner David Oliver Morris, resident in London and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Registered on British plates “RYX 246 R”. 1984 : sold through Graypaul Ltd in England to Henk P.C. van de Meene, at that time resident in Bosch en Duin, Holland. At present resident in Belgium. Owned by Henk P.C. van de Meene in March 2005, who owned the car for 21 years. Mileage March 2005 : 70.000 km. Since 1984 the car has been serviced by Ital Auto (Kees van Stokkum) in Achterveld, Holland. Mileage in 1984 was 46.000 km. All service documentation of last 21 years in my possession. In 1987 the car had a re-spray (in cellulose) in Holland. The car has not been restored, has never had any damage and is still original (exterior and interior) with its original engine, which has until today never been apart. Already in September 1988 the car was put on Dutch registration plates (DE-18-82). In September 2005 the Daytona was showed the car during the Concours d’Elegance, Paleis Het Loo, Apeldoorn, Holland. The car was placed 1st Overall in the National Concours and Class Winner in the International Concours.
