Previous Owner: Steven Gilman - Style Auto CA, Previous Owner: Don Prudomme, Los Angeles, CA Previous Owner: John Denver City: Carmel, CA 1972 21,000 miles Price $21,500 Original selling dealer was Modern Classic Motors, Reno, Nevada. Car was originally Gallo Fly Yellow. John Denver saw the car on the showroom and wanted to buy it BUT, he had the dealer strip the paint and paint it red. Car was delivered with Red paint. When the car was restored (and disassembled), the yellow paint was discovered, thus research told the story. Featured in both Ferrari's for the Road books by Rasmussen and was the Poster Car for Road & Track Magazine's Ferrari Poster in 1978.
