Originally supplied by Maranello (UK) on 7th Sept 1972 to a Mr LA Garfield, Essex, UK. Purchased by Walter Llewellyn & Sons Ltd, East Sussex in early 1973 from Maranello as company vehicle. Subsequently, in April 1980, it passed into hands of David Llewellyn who owned it until July 1997 when it was purchased at a Sothebys auction via a phone bid by the solicitors of Eddie Irvine (when driving for Ferrari F1 team). Eventually registered into his own name and then sold in June 2001 (68,843 miles) to a Mr J Wallace. In late 2001 he started a full body & engine rebuild by DK Engineering & RD Automotive & whilst this was in progress the car was purchased by Paul Coombes of SVS Ltd Manchester. He then owned the vehicle until the work was finished in January 2003 costing around £35k. In December 2003 it was sold to a member of Saudi Royal family & became part of a collection thus was hardly used. In May 2004 I believe it was given to a member of the staff who subsequenlty sold it back to Paul Coombes. I purchased it in February 2006 mileage 73,549 miles.
